Elkeelia Bracebridge is a summoner-captain with the Queen's Guard. Here you'll find a translation of one of her journals, in which she experiments with elementals to find out exactly what they are. 

The book contains entries taken from her journal, a system-agnostic list of elementals and suggested stats, and a short story taken from her time fighting in the war with the Northern Alliance.
